Todd Knapp

Vice President, Corporate Controller

Todd Knapp serves as BakBone’s vice president, corporate controller. Todd joined BakBone in April 2002 as corporate controller. Prior to BakBone, Todd was the controller for SkyDesk, Inc., a data storage and management company, from April 2000 to April 2002. From September 1997 to April 2000, Todd worked for the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen. Todd has extensive experience in public company matters and all finance and accounting functions, including SEC reporting, international tax, and internal controls. Todd holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Georgia. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
