Vice President, Global Technical Support & Operations

Ken Hudak joined the Company in August of 2001 and was formerly director of US sales support for BakBone. In this new position, Ken brings 25 years of experience and oversees all customer support for offices in San Diego and Poole, England. Ken is responsible for ensuring consistency and achieving the highest level in customer support across all regions, and most recently managed the technical installations at customer sites including Yahoo! and the world's largest retailer. Prior to joining BakBone, Ken was vice president of technical support and services at Orchestria Corporation in Sacramento. Additionally, Ken has held director level positions in sales support at Action Point, Sterling Software, and Landmark Systems.
