Senior Vice President, Product Delivery

Dan Woodward serves as Senior Vice President, Product Delivery and is responsible for leading the global research and development and QA teams for BakBone. Most recently, Dan was an independent management consultant and advisor to a number of software and related high-tech firms. From 1999 through 2002, Dan served as chairman and chief executive officer of Enherent Corp. (NASD: ENHT), a $100 million custom software development firm providing CMM accredited off-shore, near-shore and on-shore application development and maintenance services to the financial services, capital markets, insurance and pharmaceuticals industries. Prior to Enherent Corp., Dan was president of the telecommunications division at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). His responsibilities included managing global business relationships with such clients as AT&T, BellAtlantic, Verizon, GTE, TCI, and Western Union. Dan began his career in the IT industry at IBM in 1982. During his tenure at IBM, he served in a variety of operational roles including vice president and area general manager for Network Solutions and IBM Availability Services. Author of THRIVING! - A Strategy Communication Framework and winner of the coveted CIO-100 Award, Dan has served on the Board of Directors of the American Electronics Association, as well as on the advisory boards of a number of private technology companies.
