NYSE:STK) line of tape backup drives and libraries on its NetVault™ backup and restore software. The certifications extend across the majority of StorageTek's 9700 and L-series tape libraries for UNIX and Windows NT, as well as its 9840 tape drive, and are aimed at small to midsize enterprises, as well as workgroups and data centers at companies of all sizes. They further extend NetVault's positioning as software capable of helping companies easily manage their growing data storage requirements across the widest range of storage configurations, ranging from direct attach and network attached storage (NAS) through storage area networks (SANs).
