GAITHERSBURG, MD, December 15, 1999 - Tracer Technologies, Inc., an industry veteran of high-performance optical storage software development, announced today the V223 release of their jukebox management software for UNIX workstations.
The V223 release adds many new features to Tracer's popular MagnaVault software suite. New functions include support for OSTA's rewritable, 64-bit UDF file system, new support for file migration, performance enhancements, and DVD-R support. In addition, Tracer's MagnaVault suite is now available for the Linux operating system. Many new devices have been added, including the latest optical, CD, and DVD drives and libraries from numerous manufacturers.
